Our client, a leading private equity firm, is looking to engage with a Consultant GTM Manager with strong experience in sales planning, distributor operations, and large-scale retail execution. The ideal candidate understands the mechanics of product launches, in-market execution, and demand generation in both modern and general trade channels.
You will play a key role in planning and executing market rollouts, optimizing sales operations, and coordinating with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and field sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- GTM Planning & Execution-Support development and execution of market launch plans across regions and product lines.
-Assist in sales target setting, forecasting, and sales performance tracking.
-Monitor secondary sales, stock movement, and distributor ROI metrics.
-Analyze gaps in distribution and coverage; recommend actions to improve numeric and weighted distribution.
-Drive execution at retail level – merchandising, trade schemes, point-of-sale activation, and planogram compliance.
-Coordinate with distributors on inventory planning, order execution, and trade engagement.
-Maintain and track GTM KPIs: coverage, visibility, sales throughput, activation success.
-Prepare regular dashboards for leadership on GTM and sales execution performance.
- 15-20 years of experience in CPG/FMCG, retail, or distribution trade roles.
-Strong executional experience in sales operations, GTM planning, or retail marketing.
-Hands-on experience managing distributors, sales teams, and retail activations.
-Working knowledge of sales automation tools, distributor management systems (DMS), and basic analytics.
-Excellent communication, field coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
-Willingness to travel extensively across markets and spend time in the field.
