Assignment Details

Our client, India's leading Real estate Company, is seeking a highly experienced Martech and Digital Marketing Strategist with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive digital marketing initiatives. This role focuses on operationalizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, optimizing digital ROI, and enhancing lead generation through digital channels. The strategist will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven campaigns, managing the organization’s digital presence, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of marketing technology with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategy, campaign optimization, and emerging marketing technologies to drive measurable business impact.

 

Role

  • Operationalizing the SalesForce Marketing Cloud and making it impactful.
  • Optimization of ROI on Digital.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads through Digital – increase the Digital Contribution to total Business.
  • Design, build and maintain the social media presence.
  • Plan all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Modifications to the corporate website which will include microsites and landing pages for each of the project.
  • Work with agencies and other vendors to prepare media plans.
  • Measure, monitor and report on performance, trends and insights across digital campaigns and channels.
  • Identify, experiment with and evaluate innovative and emerging approaches in digital marketing through understanding of hypothesis testing and analytics.

Skills Required

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise – Proficiency in configuring, operationalizing, and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud for impactful digital marketing.

Digital Marketing & ROI Optimization – Strong ability to enhance digital marketing performance, maximize ROI, and increase digital contribution to overall business.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management – Experience in maintaining a steady flow of qualified leads through digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

Web & Content Strategy – Hands-on experience in managing corporate websites, microsites, and landing pages, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and business objectives.

Performance Analytics & Emerging Trends – Ability to measure and report campaign performance, analyze data-driven insights, and experiment with innovative digital marketing strategies.

 

Preferred Certifications:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification
  • Certifications in digital marketing tools (Google, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.)
