Assignment Details

One of our clients who is a leading Indian agri–automotive manufacturer is looking for a consultant who has experience in brand strategy, brand architecture, and consumer understanding, helping shape the future brand direction across the client’s portfolio.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Advise leadership on long-term brand strategy and portfolio brand architecture
  • Bring deep understanding of consumer / farmer behavior and translate insights into brand direction
  • Guide brand positioning, storytelling, and consistency across key touchpoints
  • Provide strategic inputs on product positioning, launches, and go-to-market narratives
  • Offer perspectives on dealer, retail, and on-ground brand experience
  • Support future-ready brand thinking across digital, sustainability, and international markets

Skills Required

Experience

 

  • 12–18+ years of experience in brand leadership, brand strategy, or consumer marketing.
  • Strong background in consumer durables, automotive, FMCG, or agri-related industries (rural exposure strongly preferred).
  • Proven experience managing large, heritage brands and/or multi-brand portfolios.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling brands at scale
  • Experience working closely with sales, product, and leadership teams.
