Our client, a leading Financial Services company based out of India, is seeking a skilled and experienced Consultant - Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our performance channels (Paid Search, Google Ad suite, Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.).
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Create, execute, and manage all aspects of paid acquisition campaigns across different channel (Google Ads (Search, Display Ads, DV 360, PMax, Demand Gen) Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, CTWA), Twitter Ads, etc.) by working on a budget to reach maximum KPI keeping the CAC at the optimum level.
2. Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis to lower CPLs and boost ROI.
3. Day-to-day management and modification of the campaign to increase its effectiveness.
4. Conversion rate optimization by leveraging landing pages, ad copies, and call- to-action buttons (Conduct A/B tests to compare the performance of different ad variations/ad copies or landing page designs and identify the most effective strategies).
5. Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics; research and analyze competitor advertising links.
6. Optimize bid management and budget allocation through Keyword Optimization and Account Structuring, understand user/customer behavior to improve audience management and targeting.
7. Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards.
8. Recommend and execute experiments to enhance learning across marketing creative and communication, serve as the primary point of contact for all performance marketing related queries and issues and share best practices with the team.
9. Optimize campaigns using SQL and MQL.
10. Collaborate with a team of marketers, IT and other functional team members.
11. Utilize Campaign Manager to run WhatsApp and SMS campaigns to nurture leads.
12. Stay up-to-date on changes to Ads platforms and industry best practices.
Note: This is a 3-6 months project based role which requires a Full-time On-site support in Delhi.
1. Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related
field
2. Minimum 10 -12 years of professional experience in Performance Marketing.
3. In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Google Ads, and Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager/ Meta Business Manager.
4. Experience with tagging and Meta Pixel to set up conversion tracking codes.
5. Strong analytical skills for tracking campaign performance and ROI to make
data-driven decisions.
6. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
