Assignment Details

Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking a Marketing Research Analyst to join the team for a 6-8 month engagement. The ideal candidate will conduct in-depth market analysis, assess existing products, study the competition, gather customer feedback, and collaborate with experts to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy. This role will involve working closely with the Offer Marketing Owner (OMO) in the PQ team to define the offer structure, launch strategy, feature set, and price positioning. Additionally, the analyst will support the League roadmap definition and portfolio management.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market analysis and competitive research to gather insights.
Collaborate with the OMO to develop a clear marketing file, including offer structure, launch strategy, feature set, and price positioning.
Work with marketing managers from League and country product managers to ensure alignment on the marketing plan.
Manage all aspects of the marketing mix for PQ products and services.
Refresh strategy with the DP Strategy team and League leader.
Assess and prioritize customer and market requirements.
Work closely with country offer managers, commercial teams, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading products (SIC-based products).
Support pre-project marketing feasibility studies and the creation of Gate 0 documents.

Skills Required

Experience in market analysis and working with global teams.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
Experience in creating marketing plans and conducting pre-project marketing feasibility studies.
Nice to have: Good domain knowledge in Power Quality and the Power System Ecosystem.
Ability to adapt to flexible working hours to collaborate with the marketing teams in China and the USA (Nashville).

Qualifications and Experience:

Engineering Graduation with MBA or equivalent.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
Experience working in global environments.
Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles.
Excellent team player with relevant experience in large matrix teams.
