Assignment Details

Our client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is looking to engage with a talented and experienced Consultant - Content and Corporate Communications to join their team. The ideal candidate would be a skilled storyteller with a proven track record in content creation, editing, pitching, presenting ideas, internal & corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy Development:
Develop and refine content strategies to enhance engagement and user experience.
2. Content Creation:
Produce high-quality content, including LinkedIn posts, leaflets, creative assets, articles, and press releases.
3.Editorial and Marketing Improvement:
Enhance content, editorial, and marketing strategies by staying updated with the latest trends.
4. Content Optimization:
Analyze and optimize content based on performance insights and data-driven results.
5. Collaboration:
Work with Content, Editorial, Creative, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams for cohesive messaging.
6. Internal Communications:
Implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
7. Brainstorming and Ideation:
Generate creative ideas and innovative solutions during brainstorming sessions.
8. Project Management:
Manage content projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.

This project is for a duration of 4 Months based in Bangalore and requires the consultant to devote Part Time Capacity in a Hybrid Model.

Please note - The consultant will mostly work Remotely, and will be required to visit the Bangalore Office onsite at times.

Skills Required

1. Experience: 5+ years in Content, Editorial, Journalism, or a related field.
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Digital Media, PR, or a related field would be ideal
3. Digital Publishing: Experience with digital publishing platforms, social media, CMS, and analytics tools.
4. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
5. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
6. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects with excellent organizational skills.
7. Internal Communications: Experience developing and executing internal communication strategies.
8. Creativity: Ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
9. Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
