Our client, A leading Global FMCG firm is looking for a Consultant - Brand Manager (Product Innovation)
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Lead AW development & packaging
- Coordinating with SC and Business development teams to create the right mix
across markets
- Work closely with AW agencies to create compliant AW packs from various
Sourcing units
- Provide operational support to clusters by sharing required information on mix
availability
2. Activations
- Work closely with Category Manager and BG Lead activate large scale multi
cluster activations like FIFA, etc. across Deodorant brands. This would also mean
working closely on all operational areas like managing agencies, managing
costing process, stakeholder management like Procurement, BDMs, legal as well
as Finance.
3. Managing content and asset creation for Deodorant brands on UIContent.com,
activations, POSM toolkits across brands and NPDs. Ensuring samples are
available with the cluster teams for launch in markets, and work closely with
clusters on execution of various events.
- Brand Managers with experience in Product Innovation (2+ years)
- Prior experience in Personal care and beauty industry
- Must have Marketing or Ecommerce background
- Embrace a high growth mindset, with strong love for consumers, shoppers and customers
- Have strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Have strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
- Have experience working and leading in cross-functional teams
