Assignment Details

Our client, a leading food and Agri conglomerate, is looking for a Consultant who can provide additional strategic and executional marketing bandwidth to the marketing team during a high-activity phase. The role will support brand and category growth initiatives, with a strong focus on driving marketing strategy and execution for new product launches, strengthening campaign impact, and ensuring timely delivery of key marketing priorities.

 

Key Responsibilities-

  • The resource will play a key role in end-to-end marketing strategy and execution, with a strong focus on concept development and testing and consumer research. 
  • Responsibilities will include developing and refining brand and campaign concepts, coordinating and managing consumer research initiatives (qualitative and quantitative), synthesising insights, and translating them into clear positioning and communication inputs. 
  • The role will also involve brand management, positioning work, and strong project management, including managing multiple stakeholders, agencies, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality output.

Skills Required

Skill Required-

  • The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in FMCG or Food & Beverage marketing, preferably in brand or category roles. 
  • They must have strong, hands-on experience in concept development and testing, consumer research (qualitative and quantitative), and project management, with the ability to independently drive projects end to end.
  • Experience in brand management and positioning work is essential, along with the capability to translate consumer insights into clear strategic and communication directions. 
  • Strong stakeholder management, agency coordination, analytical thinking, and clear communication skills are critical for success in this role.
