Assignment Details

Our client, a global FMCG organization is looking for a Consultant- Artwork and Brand Transition Support, they are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Artwork and Brand Transition Support to lead the transition of brand artwork and packaging for their ice cream brand. This contractual role is critical to ensuring brand consistency, regulatory compliance, and timely execution across multiple brands and markets during the transformation.

 

Key Responsibilities- 

 

  • Lead the end-to-end artwork transition process, ensuring on-time and full delivery for the new brand's establishment.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive artwork strategy to transition for the brands while maintaining brand identity and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, Legal, Regulatory, and Procurement to ensure seamless workflows for artwork approvals, printing, and distribution.
  • Conduct regular network meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment and gather inputs required for successful artwork transition.
  • Ensure master design files adhere to prescribed specifications and are accurately handed over to print management agencies.
  • Oversee the delivery of artwork across all packaging formats and production sites, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and legal standards.
  • Serve as the gatekeeper of project timelines, proactively identifying and communicating challenges or delays.
  • Manage routing and tracking of artwork projects using online systems (e.g., BLUE) in compliance with the brand's artwork processes and quality standards.
  • Ensure accurate and timely release of artwork files to the correct printing vendors and that packaging material reaches production sites on schedule.
  • Approve color standards (first press pass) in alignment with shade card specifications.
  • Act as the single point of contact for artwork-related activities on behalf of the Brand Team.
  • Digitally collate and archive all artwork files for final handover to brand custodians at project completion.

 

Scope of the role-

 

  • Oversight of artwork transition for several brands and packaging formats simultaneously across multiple Indian markets.
  • Close coordination with various internal teams and external partners.
  • Support the broader Marketing Team in executing transition-related business activities.

Skills Required

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in brand/artwork/network management within an FMCG environment.
  • Expertise in project coordination and artwork process management.
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital artwork management systems (e.g., BLUE).
  • Fluent in English; additional Indian languages are a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and intercultural collaboration.
  • Effective project and network management.
