Assignment Details

Our Client, a global FMCG organization is looking for a Consultant- Transition Support- Marketing. The consultant lead the end-to-end transition of marketing functions across multiple sub-functions and brand segments. This strategic role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless shift from client's to a new companies operations, with a strong focus on brand consistency, regulatory compliance, and timely execution.

 

 

Key Responsibilities-

 

  • Own and lead the marketing ecosystem transition process in India, including brand portals, contracts, artwork, processes, and all related marketing functions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Establishment team and drive the overall strategy to transition marketing operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Develop and implement streamlined workflows for all aspects of the marketing transition.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, Legal, Regulatory, and Procurement to establish necessary pre-, during-, and post-transition protocols.
  • Plan and lead regular stakeholder meetings and transition network reviews to ensure alignment and timely input across functions.
  • Ensure complete delivery of end-to-end transition plans as per defined requirements, adhering strictly to legal and internal compliance standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between Marketing and the Establishment team throughout the transition lifecycle.
  • Monitor project timelines and escalate potential delays with clarity and confidence.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations effectively with regard to project status, outputs, and deadlines.
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized digital documentation of all transition processes and ensure final handover to designated brand custodians.

 

Scope of the Role-

 

  • Responsible for managing transitions across multiple brands and marketing sub-functions simultaneously.
  • Oversight across various Indian markets and brand segments.
  • Active contributor to the Establishment Team with ownership of critical business activities and team leadership responsibilities.

Skills Required

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand, marketing transition, or network management within an FMCG environment.
  • Proven track record in project management and execution.
  • High proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional Indian languages is a plus.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong intercultural and interpersonal skills.
  • Robust project and network management capabilities.
