Our client, is a global FMCG company and is looking for a Brand Specialist Consultant with a strong background in Beauty/Personal Care or FMCG, who can lead consumer-centric innovation and brand relaunches This role requires a blend of consumer insight, digital-first thinking, and cross-functional project management to drive impactful brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1-Lead development of sensorial product mixes, including concept creation, pack design, and 360° communication for brand relaunches.
2-Drive consumer-first innovation by identifying deep insights across diverse markets and translating them into impactful solutions.
3-Champion social-first thinking by crafting digital-first, cohort-based launch strategies and assets.
4-Manage end-to-end innovation pipelines for core categories (e.g., face moisturisers) ensuring timely delivery.
5-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement) to execute product and communication strategies.
6-Work closely with creative agencies and production houses to develop compelling campaigns from brief to execution.
7-Lead mix design and execution, including product claims, packaging, and communication development.
8-Support Business Units (BUs) with mix deployment and provide strategic inputs on portfolio optimization.
9-Ensure delivery of key business metrics such as Turnover (T/O), Gross Margin (GM), and Market Share.
10-Conduct consumer testing and validation to refine concepts and ensure market relevance.
11-Develop packaging strategies aligned with consumer insights and channel requirements.
12-Leverage data and analytics to build consumer hypotheses and optimize marketing effectiveness.
1-Minimum 3+ years of experience in Marketing / Advertising / Strategic Planning
2-Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, or FMCG brands
4-Experience in product innovation, packaging, and claims development
5-Ability to work with agencies to deliver high-quality creative output
6-Strong data-driven thinking and analytical mindset
7-Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management
