j. Lead PMR process coordination with various stakeholders – Marketing, CMT, Finance etc. and
updating output in internal portals
5. Pricing Management
k. Raise pricing and seeding offer request forms
l. Connect with internal teams for necessary details such as volumes, pricing etc.
6. Code creation
m. Leading all code creation activities with the central activity team, ATLAS and SAP team and ensuring
strong adherence to process
n. Printed spec creation for all new launches and primary packaging changes
o. Raise MRF request to GRD team to draft EAN and ready to use codes
p. Pricing initiation, approval from brand manager, S&F, logistics and CMT before price update
q. Work on printed specs for all import projects and workflow them after entering business details
7. Website Management
a. Manage brand websites and check backlinking and submissions on monthly basis with agency
b. Website handling and draft landing page design and content elements
c. Manage sampling from Website and 1PD data
8. Collaboration
a. Strong cross functional collaboration required for all the marketing activities planning &
implementation
b. Customer marketing for launches & demand planning
c. Finance for driving brand P&L and profitability
d. Sales team for market feedback & trade insights
e. Ecommerce / Omni Channel collaboration for portfolio & content
9. Sampling
a. Sample product listing in platforms
b. Coordination with KAMs and BMs on billing of sampling
c. Managing daily sampling report and managing demand planning for sampling
d. Coordinating with Dcom KAM for report on sampling and achievements
e. Managing and tracking of flow of sampling with supply chain team
f. Stickering and code creation of Samples
g. Coordination for PIA , EA architecture with DT team
h. 1PD collation on meongage and data upload in Meta and DV 360
