Assignment Details

Our client, a global FMCG company is looking to engage with a Consultant E-com & Modern Trade for their water business.

Key responsibilities:
The Consultant will need to deliver competitive, profitable, and sustainable growth with the customers whilst being the preferred supplier to do business with for customers.
The goals for the Consultant E-com &; MT will be as follows:
 Sales Growth (delivering on the JBP targets for the customers, internal metric being QGP/ AOP numbers)
 Customer Contribution (profitable growth with budget adherence on TTS)
 Market Shares/Sellout growth (competitive growth, % business gaining share)
 Delivering JBP JTBD with Key Customers
 Launch Innovation on time in full and delivery business case Volume.
 Winning as preferred brand with E commerce partner &; Modern Trade Partners

The tasks that this position would be performing on a day-to-day basis are as follows:
 Leading a cross functional team of KAMs / ASMs to deliver the business results
 Work closely with Customer marketing and manage performance marketing to drive sellout on online and offline channels.
 Work with internal partner functions and lead conceptualization and execution of key strategic thrusts
 Build relationship with customers through formal and informal ways
 Building capability of the team internally through coaching, working with the team on the job
 For 3-4 months in the year, lead annual negotiations with customers on Joint Business Plans comprising trade terms and investments
 Working closely through regional teams to ensure local execution

Duration : 9 to 12 months

Location: Mumbai

Skills Required

 MBA preferably in marketing, business administration, general management from Tier 1 institute.
 8-12 years’ experience in a highly analytical, result oriented environment (Consumer Durables experience is an added advantage)
 In depth understanding of E-commerce and Modern Trade business.
 Analytical skills and ability to manage the business by numbers
 Strong communication skills
 Experienced in mentoring and managing team members
