Scope of Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development: Define and evolve brand positioning,
messaging, and value propositions tailored to HCPs across specialties (e.g.,
dietitians, physicians, endo’s Diabetes, Gyn/Obs, Pead).
Campaign Planning & Execution: Design and implement multi-channel
campaigns (digital, print, events, webinars) that educate and engage HCPs on
product benefits and clinical relevance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with medical affairs, regulatory, and
sales teams to ensure scientific accuracy and strategic alignment in all
communications.
Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and HCP
behavior to inform marketing decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Content Strategy: Oversee development of educational materials, product
literature, and thought leadership content for HCPs.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage marketing budgets to maximize
ROI and ensure efficient resource utilization.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of brand managers fostering
innovation and accountability.
Sufficient knowledge of all Pharma Code of conduct ethical policies and
conduct all initiatives with applicable policies, procedures and other
regulations.
