Our Client is a fast-growing, innovation-driven diagnostics startup based in Mumbai, equipped with state-of-the-art laboratory facilities. and is looking to engage with a Marketing Lead Consultant. to establish and lead the foundational marketing function for the organization. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and execution, working closely with leadership to define the brand, structure marketing processes, and drive measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1-Define the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and go-to-market approach aligned with business goals.
2-Set up and build the foundational marketing function, including processes, tools, and execution frameworks.
3-Establish the brand identity, brand voice, and messaging guidelines for consistent communication.
4-Oversee the redesign of logo, brand assets, and marketing collateral.
5-Lead the redesign and optimization of the company website to align with brand and marketing objectives.
6-Strengthen and manage the company’s digital presence across key platforms and channels.
7-Work closely with founders and leadership to define marketing priorities and growth initiatives.
8-Develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive measurable outcomes.
9-Bring structure and efficiency to internal marketing processes and workflows.
10-Identify, onboard, and manage agencies, freelancers, and external marketing partners.
11-Define marketing execution plans and supervise implementation to ensure timely delivery.
12-Track and measure marketing performance metrics and ROI across campaigns.
13-Ensure consistent brand communication across digital, website, and marketing materials.
14-Drive data-driven decision making to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
15-Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to ensure both strategy and execution are delivered effectively.
1-Strong experience in marketing leadership, brand building, and go-to-market strategy.
2-Proven ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
3-Experience in brand development, website redesign, and digital marketing strategy.
4-Ability to set up marketing processes from scratch and build structured marketing functions.
5-Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
6-Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams.
7-Highly outcome-driven with a focus on measurable marketing impact.
