Our client, a Consumer Finance Company, is looking to engage with a dynamic Marketing Consultant.
The ideal consultant should have 3-6 years of experience in startup environments, specializing in Social Media Management, Performance Marketing, and Influencer Marketing.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies tailored to startup environments, leveraging social media platforms, performance marketing tactics, and Instagram influencer partnerships.
2. Drive brand awareness and customer acquisition through the effective management of social media channels, including content creation, community engagement, and influencer collaborations.
3. Implement data-driven approaches to optimize marketing campaigns, utilizing key performance metrics to enhance ROI and drive continuous improvement.
4. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure seamless execution across all channels.
5. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, proactively identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation within the startup ecosystem.
6. Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence in marketing execution within the startup environment.
This role is for a duration of 3 months (extendable, basis performance and client requirement) and requires the consultant to devote Full Time Capacity in an Onsite Model (In Office) based in Mumbai (Lower Parel)
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in marketing roles within startup environments, with a focus on social media management, performance marketing, and influencer strategies.
2. Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns across various social media platforms, with demonstrable results in driving brand engagement and customer acquisition.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
5. Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and a willingness to experiment with new ideas and approaches.
6. Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members is a plus.
7. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and influencer marketing platforms.
