Assignment Details

Our client is a startup-stage boutique consulting firm specializing in addressing people-related challenges that organizations face during various transition stages. They are currently building a business vertical focused on Long-Term Incentive (LTI) rewards consulting.

 

Role Details:-

  • Guide PG Advisory and its client companies on marketing strategy, communication frameworks, brand positioning, and high-quality content creation.
  • Provide strategic marketing inputs across brand development, customer insights, messaging, and communication planning.
  • Advise clients on articulating their value proposition, improving customer communication, and establishing a consistent brand language.
  • Lead content strategy for reports, presentations, website copy, leadership communication, collateral, and marketing narratives.
  • Apply senior-level understanding of market behaviour, positioning, segmentation, and consumer psychology.

 

Requirement:-

  • Clear, consistent communication across client engagements, with noticeable improvement in value proposition articulation.
  • Marketing and communication materials that are sharp, structured, and persuasive, reflecting senior expertise.
  • SME clients adopting improved messaging frameworks resulting in stronger customer understanding and brand recall.
  • Client acknowledgment of enhanced marketing clarity through better engagement metrics, inquiries, or business outcomes.
  • Creation of scalable communication frameworks, templates, and content guidelines for PG Advisory.
  • Strengthened internal storytelling capability within PG Advisory.

Skills Required

Functional Skills in the Role:-

Anchor the marketing communication advisory for PG Advisory’s SME clients.

Craft high-quality content across key formats, including:

Marketing narratives

Leadership communication

Website and brochure content

Investor and formal communication

Build robust messaging frameworks such as elevator pitches, customer promises, and brand stories.

Ensure PG Advisory’s own communication materials—website, decks, and proposals—are aligned with best practices.

 

Preferred Industry Experience:-

Experience in marketing, brand communication, corporate communications, journalism, advertising, or content strategy.

Strong command over English, with expertise in writing, structuring, editing, and messaging.

Proven ability to craft concise, persuasive, and professional content across formats such as business reports, proposals, campaigns, presentations, and thought leadership pieces.

Deep understanding of:

Brand positioning

Customer and market insights

Marketing communication frameworks

Campaign logic and messaging structure

Comfortable working in a consulting and advisory-driven environment.

 

Educational Qualifications:-

Flexible; demonstrated expertise in the domain is the primary requirement.
