Our Client World's leading health and safety organization is looking to engage with a Construction Safety Consultant (EHS),having worked in the construction / infrastructure development sector with either contractors or developers
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage all site-level safety operations and ensure full compliance with applicable HSE regulations, project guidelines, and international standards.
-Coordinate and monitor safety performance of all contractors/subcontractors, conducting site inspections and risk assessments.
- Develop, review, and implement site-specific safety plans, conduct HIRA/JSA, safety audits, and inspections.
- Lead investigations for near misses, incidents, and accidents; identify root causes and corrective/preventive actions.
-Drive behavioral safety programs and culture change initiatives; lead tool-box talks, safety stand-downs, and safety leadership sessions.
-Conduct regular training and workshops for workers and site staff to promote safety awareness and procedural adherence
Duration- 6 to 12 months
Capacity- Part time
Location - India ( Frequent travel to client sites across locations)
-15 to 20 years of prior experience in EHS roles within major infrastructure and construction projects.
-Proven track record of working in the construction / infrastructure development sector with either contractors or developers.
-Experience leading safety culture transformation and implementing behavioral safety frameworks (e.g., BBS programs).
-Experience engaging with global consultants will be an advantage.
