Our Client an Indian engineering, manufacturing and project execution company are seeking an experienced Senior Advisor – Manufacturing Operations to provide strategic and operational guidance to manufacturing leadership. The role focuses on optimizing inventory management and workforce planning, leveraging extensive industry experience to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities-
1.Advise senior management on manufacturing operations strategy and best practices.
2.Review and optimize inventory planning, control, and stock management processes.
3.Provide guidance on workforce planning, deployment, productivity, and labor optimization.
4.Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
5.Support implementation of operational KPIs related to inventory turnover and workforce utilization.
6.Mentor plant leadership and operations teams based on practical industry experience.
7.Assist in managing operational risks and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
8.Provide periodic reports and actionable recommendations to management.

Key Requirements-
1.Graduate with 20+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.
2.Strong expertise in inventory management and workforce management within manufacturing environments.
3.Proven advisory or leadership experience at plant, unit, or enterprise level.
4.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
5.Ability to work independently and deliver high-impact guidance in limited engagement time.
6.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
7.Prior experience in an advisory, consulting, or senior leadership role is preferred.
