Assignment Details

Our client, world's top management consulting firm, is looking for a Petrochemical Maintenance Specialist.

Role Overview:
The Petrochemical Maintenance Specialist will work directly with the end client and project team to enhance maintenance strategies, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of petrochemical operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop Maintenance Strategies: Review and develop maintenance strategies and checklists, including reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) to ensure optimal equipment performance.
2. Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify and address the underlying causes of equipment failures.
3. Client Collaboration: Work closely with end clients to understand their maintenance needs and tailor strategies accordingly.
4. Project Coordination: Collaborate with the project team to implement maintenance strategies effectively and efficiently.
5. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance practices and implement best practices.
6. Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.

NOTE-
Location: Willing to be based at the client plant in Philippines 1 week per month (may fly-in). Other than that, may work off-site from anywhere.
Duration: 5 months
Capacity: Part-time, 20 hours a week.

Skills Required

Required Skills:
1. Extensive Experience: 15+ years of experience in maintenance and reliability within the petrochemical industry.
2. Management Experience: Proven experience in a management-level position (e.g., Head of Maintenance or N-1).
3. Maintenance Strategy Development: Strong understanding of reliability-centered maintenance and the ability to develop comprehensive maintenance strategies.
