Assignment Details

Our client, a prominent player in the phosphate fertilizer manufacturing sector, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techno-R&D/Technical Advisor. This part-time role is pivotal in driving innovation, ensuring manufacturing excellence, and fostering connections within the fertilizer and chemical industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert guidance on the latest advancements and best practices in phosphate fertilizer manufacturing.
- Advise on the development and implementation of new technologies and processes to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
- Lead R&D initiatives to innovate and improve fertilizer formulations.
- Oversee experimental trials, data analysis, and the development of technical reports.
- Collaborate with academic institutions and research bodies to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
- Leverage strong connections within the fertilizer and chemical industries to identify strategic partnerships and opportunities.
- Provide technical support to the manufacturing team to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Skills Required

Educational Background: Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Agronomy, or a related field.

Experience and Skills:
- Extensive experience in the fertilizer manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in R&D, with a focus on fertilizer formulation and process optimization.
- Strong professional network within the fertilizer and chemical industries.
- Deep understanding of chemical processes and technologies used in fertilizer manufacturing.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
