Assignment Details

Our Client a multinational strategy and management consulting firm is looking to engage with a Operations Transformation consultant having experience in the sugar & ethanol Industry

Key Responsibilities:
-Operations Transformation: Lead transformation initiatives in sugar crushing/extraction, fermentation, and distillation processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
-KPI Improvement: Identify, design, and implement improvement initiatives to optimize core KPIs, including sugar yield, fermentation efficiency, mill OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), power, and steam consumption.
-Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the on-ground teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as engineering, maintenance, and quality control to ensure integrated efforts towards operational excellence.
-Open to explore different profiles with expertise in sugar and distillery respectively

NOTE:
Duration- 6 months
Capacity- Full Time
Location-Hybrid (Travel to Locations in UP)

Skills Required

-Experience of having worked extensively in sugar mill AND/ OR ethanol/ ENA distillery
-Having led operations transformations/ undertaken multiple improvement initiatives across core areas (sugar crushing/extraction, fermentation and distillation)
-Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of addressing complex operational challenges and providing actionable insights to improve performance.
-Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
