Assignment Details

- drive idea generation and provide expert input during the transformation
- Implementing process control techniques and equipment which ensure consistent product quality.
- Collaborating with design engineers and other team members to set up production methods that are cost-effective and efficient.
- Conducting tests and evaluations on processes, making necessary adjustments to processes and equipment to meet quality standard
- Documenting procedures and process changes to maintain a high level of operational safety and compliance with industry standards.
- This would require extensive travelling to sugar mills in Uttar Pradesh

Skills Required

- Experience of having worked extensively in sugar mill AND/ OR ethanol/ ENA distillery and having led operations transformations/ undertaken multiple improvement initiatives across core areas (sugar crushing/extraction, fermentation and distillation)
- Can provide ideas/ levers to improve core KPIs ( Sugar yield, Fermentation efficiency, Mill OEE, Power and steam consumption, etc.)
- Open to explore different profiles with expertise in sugar and distillery respectively
