Our client, a British multinational beverage company, is looking for a consultant will lead strategic innovation initiatives focused on product and flavor development. The role will be responsible for designing and delivering structured frameworks, charters, and pipelines for key innovation programs across core portfolios. Acting as the lead consultant, the role will coordinate closely with internal teams and work in partnership with consultant to drive concept readiness, proposition development, and growth-oriented repositioning initiatives
Key Responsibilities;
-Develop and own flavor roadmaps for Browns and Whites portfolios.
-Lead Black & White flavor design and ensure proposition readiness for launch.
-Create a comprehensive Signature Renovation proposition aligned with brand strategy.
-Drive RC American Pride repositioning initiatives to support growth objectives.
-Build and manage innovation frameworks, charters, and delivery pipelines for assigned programs.
-Act as the lead consultant, guiding project teams and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
-Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align innovation outputs with business goals.
-Strong experience in core innovation, product strategy, or brand-led innovation consulting.
-Proven ability to develop innovation frameworks, roadmaps, and propositions.
-Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, or consumer goods preferred.
-Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams.
-Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
