Assignment Details

A development sector organisation is looking to engage with a senior HR consultant to drive organisation planning and employee engagement initiatives in one of their portfolio companies in Bengaluru.

Roles & responsibilities include:
1) Drive the organisation design, employee career planning and culture agenda.
2) Manage the entire transformation journey to define the success parameters ( KPIs based on industry benchmarks) as well as designing the key strategies to get there.
3) Execute design and implementation of best in class organisation structure based on company's vision of growth
4) Help define an effective implementation plan with clear milestones
5) Train internal HR teams on execution
6) Help in employee career planning (Competency development and growth progression)

The assignment is for a duration of 4-6 weeks in Bengaluru with full time on-site support.

Skills Required

Skills:
1) Experience with training and engagement programs for company workforce
2) Proven HR experience in the manufacturing industry is a must
3) Prior experience in designing organisation structure for a fast growing company
4) Should have designed competency development programs
