We are looking for a senior HR lead to drive the organisation planning, review and employee engagement agenda.
The HR lead would be required to manage the entire transformation journey to define the success parameters ( KPIs based on industry benchmarks) as well as designing the key strategies to get there e.g., design and implementation of best in class competency evaluation and training programs.
He/she should help define an effective implementation plan with clear milestones and train internal HR teams on execution.
Roles & responsibilities include:
1) Drive the organisation design, employee career planning and culture agenda.
2) Manage the entire transformation journey to define the success parameters ( KPIs based on industry benchmarks) as well as designing the key strategies to get there.
3) Execute design and implementation of best in class organisation structure based on company's vision of growth
4) Help define an effective implementation plan with clear milestones
5) Train internal HR teams on execution
6) Help in employee career planning (Competency development and growth progression)
The assignment is for a duration of 12-16 weeks in Chennai with full time on-site support.
- Experience with training and engagement programs for blue collared workforce
- Experience in manufacturing sector
- Experience in competency assessment
- Experience in designing competency development programs
- 15+ years experience out of which 5+ years should be in the manufacturing sector
