Assignment Details

Our Client, a management and technology consulting firm is looking to engage with a procurement expert in the area of Contracting and RFPs. They are looking for someone who has expertise in understanding contracts with service providers and negotiates these contracts as well. This role will focus on running RFPs with professional services mainly in Consulting, Marketing, Financial Services, Legal Services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Help a company set up its Procurement Processes
2. Run RFPs in areas such as consulting, marketing, financial services, etc.
3. Negotiate contracts in these areas with clients.
4. Understand contracts with various service providers
5. Coordinating with the client throughout the proposal process to ensure that all of the client’s needs are met.
6. Reviewing proposals and presentations to ensure compliance with company protocols and standards

Skills Required

1. Has existing contracting templates and tools
2. Has a broad landscape understanding of contracting and RFPs.
3. Negotiating contract agreements for products and services
4. Can develop and implement effective procurement proposals
5. In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract documents, and legal specifications
6. Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills
7. Proven work experience as a Contracts Specialist or similar role or relevant training and/or certifications as a Contracts Specialist
