Assignment Details

Our client has developed a Growth and Transformation plan for the India business for the next 3 years and is looking for a seasoned strategy consultant to work directly with the CEO and the senior leadership team to help manage implementation. The growth plan comprises 5-8 strategic initiatives that cut across industry verticals, functional priorities (e.g., warehousing strategy) and implementation of new technology.

The role will include
* Working with business leadership teams to develop clear implementation implementation plans for their growth and transformation initiatives, including timelines, milestones, resources needed, expected impact
* Establish the program management process - dashboard/metrics, review mechanisms
* Update the CEO and senior team on progress across initiatives, potential bottlenecks and suggestions to address
* Go deeper and work with specific verticals to problem-solve and debottleneck any issues that they might be facing

Skills Required

* 8-10 years in a top tier consulting firm, with prior experience of running large programs
* Exposure to the logistics space will be a huge plus
* Strong written and verbal communications
* Ability to engage with senior stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving, analytical and synthesis skills
