Assignment Details

Our client, a leading premium conglomerate is looking to engage with an HR consultant with experience into Employer Branding.

Key Deliverables:

1. Responsible for identifying 50 crucible roles/ experiences in the organization and
converting 50 career stories into videos;
2. To identify First ten years professionals who have left the organization, do a research on what does career mean for them, which if given at organization, they wouldn’t have left;
3. To create collaterals ( articles, videos, etc) to motivate employees to move, encourage hiring managers to do cross business moves, encourage releasing managers to release their top talent;
4. To capture employee experience through videos, mailers, handbooks for facilitating internal talent management. This would be done with the help of design consultant/ design agency.

Note: Remote with once/ twice visits to the office (strong preference to Mumbai based consultants). This project requires full time capacity and is of 3 months duration.

Skills Required

- Prior experience in employer branding, in HR research and preparing collaterals for internal talent management;
- Minimum 10 years of experience is preferred in HR domain especially in Talent Management;
- Positive Mindset, good communication skills & detail oriented.
