Assignment Details

Our client, a leading premium conglomerate, is looking to engage with an HR Consultant to Organize Coaching Confluences.

Key Deliverables:

- Executing 4 coaching confluences for internal organization coaches;
- Partnering with agency who will be organizing the confluence;
- Coordination with participants & team at the venue for smooth organization;
- Responsible for day to day coordination.

Note: Hybrid (1-2 twice a month on-site, strong preference for Mumbai). Full Time capacity needed for the time the confluence is taking place.

Skills Required

- Prior experience in coordinating, managing corporate events, team events;
- Minimum 7+ years of experience is needed in Human Resources industry;
- Positive Mindset and detail oriented
