Assignment Details

Our client, a leading premium conglomerate is looking to engage with a Finance Expert to Evaluate L&D Modules.

Project Deliverables:

- Client's L&D academy has received several proposals from vendors for modules which are included as L&D courses. They require a Finance subject matter expert to evaluate the Finance courses to decide which to include in the academy, keeping in mind the individual's and organization's development needs.
- The consultant will be closely coordinating and advising the HR department in the project.
- The Finance Subject Matter expert would be responsible for evaluating Finance courses.

Note: 6 months remote project and requires part time capacity.

Skills Required

- 10 to 15 years of experience in finance domain across manufacturing and service industry;
- Prior experience as subject matter in Finance courses is preferred;
- Prior experience in evaluating Finance courses is preferred;
- Stakeholder management & problem solving
