Assignment Details

Our client, a leading FMCG company, is looking to engage with Diversity and Inclusion Specialist.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and facilitate the implementation of diversity programs and strategies.
- Build strategic roadmap to enhance diversity
- Help senior leadership shape and align around a forward looking D&I vision and strategy.
- Researching and advising on diversity and inclusion issues and creating programs, training and values around this
- Organising the disability services and corresponding affected areas i.e. recruitment
- Supporting and guiding the recruitment team to help create a brand that appeals to diverse applicants and removes bias
- Identifying external trends and recognising best practice which will increase diversity among the workforce
- Advise on the development and delivery of diversity recruitment, retention, and promotion practices.
- Review a company’s current practices and policies, assessing the extent to which they support or hinder the organization’s diversity and inclusion goals.
- Benchmark organization policies & benefits to meet diverse workforce needs
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Team to engage and attract external diversity talent

Skills Required

- Deep expertise in Diversity & Inclusion, both on conceptualizing and
implementing programs.
- Well-networked in Communities in D&I space
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
