Assignment Details

Our client - a leading FMCG firm is looking to engage with a Talent Acquisition Consultant to help them with the following:

1) Leveraging different sources to attract talent like employee referral schemes, job portals, newspaper advertisements, consultants, walk-ins and headhunting etc. to
optimize recruitment costs and improve employer branding
2) Ensuring continuous process improvement /enhancement to improve TAT, quality feedback
3) Contributing to HR dashboard on recruitment and related areas using excel or any other tools
4) Working on key policies or process excellence to ensure internal controls in the system
5) Creating a strong network with industry profiles to create a continuous talent pipeline of quality profiles
6) Managing background verification, on-boarding /KYC documentation, induction of new joiners and asset management

Skills Required

1) Good knowledge of MS excel, MS PowerPoint and designing of MIS reports
2) Well versed with HRIS and social media recruiting tools
3) Good interviewing and analytical skills
