Our client, a leading manufacturer of confectionary and pet food, is looking for a qualified PMO for sales (DMS & SFA).
Key responsibilities:
· Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
· Lead Sales IT DMS (Distributor Management Solution) projects particularly DMS and SFA (Sales Force Automation) from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
· Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments.
· Analyse project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that the project team adheres to project requirements.
· Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
· All functional project management activities of DMS & SFA.
· Management and Coordination with different stakeholders.
· Data management, Testing of applications & UAT.
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in Data Management & Sales IT DMS projects.
- B.Tech / B.E. and MBA
- Working knowledge & understanding of project management principles and application.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrable problem-solving and analytical skills.
