Jaipuria Institute of Management is a premier chain of business schools with 2000+ students and four campuses in Noida, Lucknow, Jaipur and Indore.

Assignment Details

We are running 4 campuses of MBA colleges with 2000+ students. Since the lockdown started in end March, the colleges have been closed physically. We are anticipating a reopening of colleges from 15 July with 50% students and 100% faculty and staff coming in on a particular day. We need to plan SOPs for a reopening which would allow us to maximise activities while minimising risk. The consultant would work with our internal team of administrative heads and Deans to formalise SOPs and set up a review and stakeholder education programme for the same. Some of the questions to deliberate are below. This is only an indicative list. Many more questions need to be added.
