Assignment Details

Our client, a management consulting firm, is working with an Automotive company.
They are looking to engage with a Consultant who can support them in providing strategies for the successful completion of the project and reviewing the progress on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities:

a. Operational efficiency improvement
b. Cultural change in the organisation.

1. Guiding the on-site team through the project.
2. Improving the operational efficiency of end clients.
3. Driving cultural change in the client’s organisation.
4. Driving the Steerco meetings and ensuring the impact.
5. Streamlining the client’s supply chain process and making strategies for on-time
delivery to its customers.

Location: Remote with once-a-week travel to the office in Chennai
Duration: 3 months with the possibility of extension

Skills Required

1. Strong management consulting experience with a leading consulting firm
2. Hands-on experience of working on business processes re-engineering projects
3. Experience of working with Tier 1 Automotive suppliers, Driving-in cultural change in the organisation and expertise in improving operational efficiency.
