Our client, a consulting firm, is working with a Pharmaceutical company. They are working on a post-merger integration project and are looking to engage with a PMO Consultant who will be reporting to the Senior Manager and lead key initiatives on the project.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Integration management for 2-3 functions, including working with functional POCs
to ensure critical activities are on track as per timelines or are adequately flagged
/ de-bottlenecked
2. Helping clients in problem-solving on select critical activities
3. Cross-functional work on inter-dependencies
4. Synthesizing progress and updating team and client
Location: Onsite Bangalore (Electronic City)
Capacity: Full time
Duration: 2 months with a strong possibility of extension
1. Strong experience in PMO in a Pharmaceutical or Consulting firm
2. Excellent ownership and stakeholder management
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. People management skills
5. Would be required to demonstrate logical thinking, good numeric abilities, domain understanding and strong interpersonal skills
6. Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
