Our client, a leading management consulting firm, is looking for an experienced Sales Professional to drive growth through strategic sales initiatives and industry expertise in the cement industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
-Identify and target potential clients within the construction and infrastructure sectors to expand the company's customer base.
-Develop and execute strategies to drive new business opportunities and increase market share.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
2. Client Relationship Management:
-Nurture existing client relationships by understanding their needs, providing solutions, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
-Collaborate closely with clients to anticipate their requirements and tailor products and services to meet their specific demands.
3. Market Analysis and Strategy:
-Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and identify areas for growth.
-Analyze market data to identify opportunities for new product development and enhancements to existing offerings.
4. Sales Targets and Reporting:
-Set ambitious sales targets in alignment with company goals and track progress toward achieving them.
-Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights for management review.
5. Team Collaboration:
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and supply chain, to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
-Provide input on pricing strategies, product positioning, and promotional campaigns based on market feedback.
6. Negotiations and Sales Presentations:
-Lead negotiations with clients on contract terms, pricing, and terms of engagement.
-Deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products and services.
Location: Onsite travels to various cities in Gujrat and Rajasthan (80%) and Western India region, (20%) Travels to Delhi
Capacity & Duration: Full-time, 12 months
1. Proven track record of 4-8 years (only) in sales within the construction material industry like Paint and chemicals, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and customer needs.
2. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
3. Having knowledge and experience working in Gujarat and Rajasthan markets would be a plus, with field sales experience
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
6. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
