Assignment Details

Our client, a leading management consulting firm, is working with an Agri Tech Company. They are looking to engage with a Consultant who has experience working in the Chemical/Agri Industry in Sales/BD/Strategy functions to accelerate their ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop new clients by networking, advertising or other means of generating
interest from potential clients
2. Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients
3. Provide inputs into developing targeted value propositions for various segments of corporate users
4. Present business development training and mentoring to sales / BD teams and other internal teams
5. Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales
performance.
6. Ensure quality of service delivery and manage client relationships
7. Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
8. Hands-on with the execution of Business generation for self
- Monitor and Ensure timely collection of receivables
- Should be hands-on with Excel worksheets for doing the daily reporting and sales forecast for the given territory

Location: Onsite-Bangalore, with travels, required PAN India on a need basis
Capacity: Full-time
Duration: 6 months to start

Skills Required

1. 5+ years of experience working in a Strategy/Marketing/Sales role in Agri-Tech
or Agri Chemical industry
1. Closing/negotiation skills and motivation for sales, business development and
marketing
2. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
