Our client, a leading management consulting firm is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Consultant who will play a crucial role in driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and maximizing revenue. Primary responsibility will be to guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, provide exceptional service, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of automotive products, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Actively engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
2. Provide detailed product information and demonstrations to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and specifications of various vehicles.
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their budget, lifestyle, and requirements.
Conduct test drives and accompany customers throughout the vehicle evaluation process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close sales deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Collaborate with the finance and insurance department to assist customers with financing options, warranty packages, and additional products or services.
Coordinate with the service department to schedule vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless handover to the customers.
Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to track customer interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate sales records.

1. Proven experience in automotive sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Deep understanding of automotive products, including features, specifications, and technology advancements.
4. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to guide customers through the sales process and close deals effectively.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
6. Knowledge of financing options, warranty packages, and aftermarket products in the automotive industry.
7. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
