Our client, a leading management consulting firm, is looking to engage with an Engagement Manager to build positive relationships with clients during projects.
· Scoping engagements, managing stakeholders, coaching team-members and ensuring timeliness and quality of deliverables
· Managing client requirements and expectations on different aspects of a project
· Driving clarity of thoughts amidst ambiguous situations
· Active business development and account farming for generating more business
· Conducting primary and secondary research and developing strategic analysis studies
· Managing a team of analysts to deliver end-to-end research and consulting projects
· Presenting insights and conclusions from different studies confidently and meaningfully to senior clients (in-person or over conferencing)
· Authoring sales collateral and creating thought leadership whitepapers
· Contributing to hiring and administrative processes for the company
This project requires Full-Time capacity for the duration of 4 months.
1) Undergraduate in engineering/management from a top-tier institute with a strong academic background, with 10+ years of professional experience.
2) Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities.
3) Excellent time-management and organization skills.
4) Exposure to core-consulting skills (presentation skills and client management skills).
5) Experience at drawing insights from data.
6) Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills conducive to people management and team development.
7) Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team.
8) Driven/Motivated about working in an entrepreneurial setup.
