Our client, a top tier management consulting firm is looking to engage with a Consultant.
Technical requirements –
-Capability to review
-Geotech report
-DBR
-ETABS model

Understanding of the following input factors and the range they have to work in given the micromarketing
-The Soil Bearing Capacity considered in the foundation design
-The loading values assumed in the analysis
-The load combinations considered for the design of structural members
-The size of various structural elements
-The reinforcement provided for various structural element

Outputs
-Steel and concrete consumption at an overall level
-Consumption of steel, concrete (90% accuracy) at super structure, sub-structure, flooring level
-Potential levers for value engineering across super structure, sub-structure, slabs

Duration -2 weeks

Skills Required

- Relevant years of experience in Construction engineering
- Capability to review Geotech report, DBR, ETABS model
-Understanding of the work in the given micromarketing
- Good interpersonal skills
