Assignment Details

Our Client, a top tier management consulting firm, is looking to engage with a Consultant- Commercial Due Diligence.

Key responsibilities:
* Evaluating and managing risks arising from engagement selection and delivery.
* Reviewing the business plan & analysing the market and the company’s position within it.
* Looking at market trends & predicting the future of the market and the target’s place within it.
* Assessing whether projected revenues are likely to be reached & investigating pricing and margins.
* Developing a strong network with peers and professionals in the field.
* Shaping Growth and Transformation Strategy with Market Assessment and Feasibility Studies.
* Key services include: Business Plan Development, Business Due Diligence (Strategic / Commercial / Operational), Market Entry Strategy, Operating model design.

Skills Required

- 3-8 years of relevant experience in Commercial Due Diligence with high level of strategic and creative thinking.
- Proven business development and practice / industry vertical leadership abilities.
- Strong analytical bent of mind and a structured problem-solving approach.
- Extremely high level of comfort with spreadsheets, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
- Prior work experience in a leading service provider or consultancy firms will be an added advantage.
