Assignment Details

Our client a top tier consulting firm, are assessing avenues to optimize insurance spend (employee insurance, property insurance) for a pharma API manufacturer. They are looking to onboard a Consultant who can share inputs on the following key areas:
1. Optimizing employee insurance premiums by having lower base cover with floater / top-ups
2. Suggest ways to reduce property insurance at plants by making a few infra changes to improve safety outlook etc.
3. Guidance on competitive market premiums

Capacity- 1-2 days per week
Location is Hyderabad – but remote engagement works as well

Skills Required

- Must have experience with insurance companies.
- Prior experience in insurance optimization.
- Prior experience in dealing with Pharma manufacturing clients would be a plus.
