Key responsibilities:
1. Understand and structure the key elements of a successful sales transformation process
2. Determining the right digital approaches to leverage and the best ways to make this happen
3. Work with the client and consulting team to identify changes need in organization structures, performance management, capability building for the sales and marketing teams.

Skills Required

-Previous experience of selling digital services to India captive businesses; digital includes product design, development, testing / QA, upgrades, mobile / web operations, digital commerce, data engineering, analytics, visualization.
-Experience of placing tech talent with captives, dealing with procurement teams
-12-15 years of experience, based out of India
