Assignment Details
Our client, a top tier management consulting firm is looking to engage with a Consultant, who can act as a Project manager or Product owner to drive the launch to success, and will be responsible for adoption tracking and identifying initiatives to increase adoption as well as identifying any required improvements to enhance the platform.
Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the team in defining end-to-end wealth digital channel strategy and digital initiatives roadmap
i) Factor in competitors, the bank’s ambition, user feedback in defining strategy and roadmap
ii) Evaluate the bank’s capabilities and resources to outline the roadmap timeline
2. Direct planning and development programs to ensure best use of resources and capabilities
3. Work with wealth IT, other relevant bank-wide teams, and bank-hired software vendors to direct wealth digital transformation, overseeing solution development, infrastructure and governance
i) Participate in discussion with internal teams or third parties to define detailed requirements
ii) Design agile ways of working and keep track of key activities/tasks to ensure successful transformation
4. Ensure successful wealth digital initiatives implementation
i) Define and lead change management activities
ii) Coordinate with other relevant internal teams to ensure their readiness
5. Oversee building a world-class, consistent wealth digital experience across the entire wealth business and its operations
6. Define plan and initiatives to increase users’ adoption

Skills Required
-Bachelor’s degree in (Master’s degree strongly preferred) in computer science, information systems, business administration, PM or related fields
-5+ years experience leading / managing digital projects in fintech, technology, consulting or digital bank / financial institutions
-Ability to build strong external and internal relationships and partnerships
-Excellent leadership presence with ability to express ideas with conviction and engage and influence team members
-Sharp problem solving and critical thinking skills
-Organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage competing demands and pressures
-Solid experience with agile methodologies
