Assignment Details

Our client, a top-tier management consulting firm is looking to engage with an Operation Specialist.

Key responsibilities:
1. Working with client E-commerce head to streamline and structure the client’s omnichannel operations to service online demand via the newly launched e-pharmacy platform; it would involve senior client exposure, market expertise development, and opportunity to bring out about the real impact on the ground.
2. Streamlining client operations along multiple levers incl. footprint, inventory management, fulfilment operations, supply chain organization/ team structure, delivery management etc.

This project requires onsite support in the UAE for the duration of 4 weeks.

Skills Required

-Previous operations experience with e-commerce firm/ omnichannel D2C platform; Seniority: mid to senior-level operations manager (Must have)
- Expertise in managing/ structuring omnichannel operations
-Experience in Healthcare
-The candidate has to be based out of the UAE.
