Our client, a top tier consulting firm, is working with a conglomerate that is in the sanitary, bathroom and faucets domain. They are supporting them on a Cost and Growth transformation programme and are looking to engage with an operations management consultant to implement end to end cost transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Problem solving and idea generation through workshops etc.
2. Drive and fast track implementation of ideas/initiatives, operations/ manufacturing key stakeholder management (plant head, operations head etc.)
3. Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team.
4. Design policies that align with an overall strategy.
5. Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention.
6. Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance.
7. Implement efficient processes and standards.
Note: This is an onsite project based out of Delhi (NCR)/Hyderabad and requires full-time support for 12 months.
1. Hands-on experience in the operations background as a plant head or operations head.
2. Hands-on experience in manufacturing shopfloor in production, engineering and quality would be a huge advantage
3. Detailed knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
4. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
5. Excellent organizational and leadership ability.
