Assignment Details

Our client, a top tier management consulting firm is looking to engage with a Consultant.

Key responsibilities:
1. Support the APAC team Operations with the guidance of the Team Managers, activities include but are not limited to:
a) Managing the pipeline of all the requests in APAC, including liaising with company partners/ LT, taking briefing calls, relaying requests to the Team MSP, answering any questions the company customers may have on their model etc.
b) Support live company case teams augmented with the company contractors through facilitating contractor performance reviews, running pulse check surveys and dealing with any issues or questions that arise from both the team and the contractor.
2. Support the manager to monitor and track all the financial and operational activity in the APAC region using standardized dashboards and reporting practices; to be reported on a monthly basis to the global ops manager for monthly management accounts consolidation.
3. Develop and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns for the APAC region to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of their activity.
a) Including but not limited to engaging APAC stakeholders to consistently raise awareness and a deeper understanding of the company offering in the region.
4. Consistently gather learnings from the team activity in the region to be shared with the global team and where necessary, update the global team materials used to onboard company case teams, LT and their contractors.
5. Liaise with local office and global subject matter experts (HR, Finance, TSG, Legal) on all operational matters that require their input and awareness in the region
6. Produce presentations and present regular team updates to senior company stakeholders such as the Team SteerCo, Practice area leaders and office / regional leadership.

Duration: 3 months (with the possibility of extension)
Full-time required: Yes
Location- Preference for Singapore, India as a second priority (Remote)

Skills Required

· Candidates with experience in recruitment space, working at an agency or consulting firm.
· 3 - 7 years of relevant experience
· Undergraduate degree
· MBA/ Masters preferred (not required)
