Leading Management Consultancy Firm
Our client, a top tier management consulting firm is looking to engage with a Consultant. This role will form part of the APAC operations team reporting into the APAC Manager, and will work closely with the Global team, supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. This role will provide the occupant an opportunity to help build a business within company, rapidly scaling a new capability in APAC. The occupant will also have high visibility within, gaining exposure to senior leaders across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
i) Own / manage end-to-end requests from partners (account teams, case LT) and staffing teams with the support of regional ops teams and TPs: sourcing, vetting, contracting, onboarding, performance management/support to augmented case teams / off boarding.
ii) Drive excellence in matching demand and supply and own customer success and contractor success
iii) Act as an internal expert on the regional network of Talent Providers (breadth and depth of network across capabilities, geos etc.)
iv) Assist in demand generation efforts to promote the use of RTN contractors across uses cases to company LT (practices, account teams, local offices)
v) Codify success stories and lessons learned on selling and onboarding activities to contribute to further improve RTN processes and internal branding
vi) Support representation of RTN in the key regional forums where RTN is present
vii) Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform regional strategy and growth opportunities
viii) Support RTN global demand generation, sourcing and operations initiatives including preparation of marketing materials, data analysis on historical requests and improving internal processes for case teams
Capacity- Full time
Duration - 3 – 6 months
Location- New Delhi (Strong preference) and ability to come into office once or twice a week; open to other cities in India
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be concise, clear, and well-structured in their communication
- Previous experience reporting to, working with, or managing clients at the Partner/ CXO level is a good indicator of their professional presence and ability to own the business relationship with senior stakeholders
- While this is an APAC role, we will require some flexibility to work across regions to support demand.
E.g their work could be more Australia and SEA focused, or India and EMEA focused depending on business needs at the time
- This person will need to be flexible with regards to working across time zones to support business needs. However the average daily workload and overall time commitment will be 8 – 10 hours a day
(Must have)
-5 – 7 years in recruitment, business development or client-facing roles
-Experiencing leading client relationships
-Highly collaborative individual with demonstrated track record as a self-starter and the ability to prioritize among competing demands
-Highly responsive, service-oriented individual with experience working effectively cross-functionally within a “client-centric” global organization, including flexibility in adjusting priorities and work hours/availability to meet customer needs
-Ability to manage confidential and highly sensitive information with the highest levels of discretion and professionalism
-Proactive mindset and willingness to work in an entrepreneurial environment
-Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
-English fluency required
(Nice to have)
-Experience at a consulting firm is a strong advantage
